Unlike older photomultiplier tube (PMT) technology, which limits the number of analytical channels due to fixed hardware, the CCD Spark OES DF-410 utilizes a Czerny-Turner optical system combined with a wide-range CCD sensor spanning 140nm to 750nm. As a result, the device captures the entire spectral lines of almost all common metal elements and alloys. When enterprises need to expand to new elements or matrix systems, upgrading can be easily done via software without modifying the internal hardware structure of the machine.
The DF-410 is equipped with a next-generation digital spark excitation source, allowing absolute control over the spark discharge energy. This technology ensures that the vaporization and excitation processes of the sample occur uniformly. Consequently, the measurement results achieve excellent repeatability, effectively analyzing everything from trace elements to high-content elements in alloys.
To eliminate wavelength drift caused by temperature fluctuations in the working environment, Dongyi Photoelectric integrated an automatic temperature control system with an extremely small margin of error of just ±0.2°C. Thanks to this feature, the machine operates stably over long periods, minimizing the frequency of equipment re-calibration.
With an improved gas circuit design, the CCD Spark OES DF-410 optimizes the flow rate of Argon gas during the purging and sparking processes. This smart design significantly reduces Argon gas consumption per sample measurement, thereby saving enterprises a massive amount of periodic operating costs. Additionally, the spark stand has a self-cleaning function that removes dust deposits, protecting the lens and extending the overall lifespan of the equipment.
