• High-Precision Granite Construction: The machine features a granite base, cantilever, and granite worktable, ensuring exceptional stability and rigidity.
• Precision Motion System: Equipped with precision ground ball screws and high-accuracy linear guides, driven by Panasonic servo motors (Japan) with dual closed-loop control, providing high-speed, precise positioning and stable motion.
• High-Resolution Imaging: Fitted with a Jaten 2.3-megapixel color camera and our proprietary surface cold light source. The surface illumination consists of 48 independently controlled LED groups, each driven by a constant current source, with continuously adjustable intensity to ensure high-quality measurement images.
• Infrared Positioning Indicator: Facilitates rapid alignment of workpieces for measurement, significantly improving measurement efficiency.
• Embedded Motor Control Module: Developed in-house to enhance motor response speed and simplify the interface between the instrument and PC. The PC connects via USB and S-terminal cables.
• Automatic Zoom Lens Connection: The system automatically compensates for lens magnification changes without requiring manual recalibration.

• The JTDQA Vision Measuring System is an optical inspection equipment designed for precise dimensional measurement and contour analysis. It features adjustable LED cold illumination and supports optional 3D modules with a UK Renishaw MCP-K2 touch probe for enhanced measurement capabilities.
• The system supports a maximum load capacity of 35kg or 30kg, making it suitable for inspection of small to medium-sized components. Standard delivery includes measuring software, CCD camera, linear scale, operation joystick, working cupboard, and essential documentation.

• The program of Quickmeasuring is easy to edit-Quickmeasuring uses teach program to edit and automatically record and write in the process of measuring,the program edition is also be finished simultaneously as soonas measurement has finished. The program can be saved,calling-out and re-execution, You also can put in DXF file to Quickmeasuring and transform it quickly into executable program.
