BS-6060TRF (LED) Tri-eyepiece Metallographic Microscope with Transmission and Reflection

The BS-6060TRF(LED) metallurgical microscope is developed for research with several brewing designs in both appearance and functionality. Featuring a wide field of view, high definition, and bright/dark field semi-apochromatic metallurgical objectives, it is designed to provide an ideal detection solution and establish a new standard in the industrial field.

Product Information

The BS-6060TRF(LED) metallographic microscope is developed for research with many pioneering designs in both form and function. Possessing a wide field of view, high resolution, and semi-achromatic light/dark field metallographic lenses, it is designed to provide an ideal detection solution and set a new standard in the industry.
Features
1. Multiple image scaling options for the observation head
The observation head is designed with multiple image scaling options. With a wide beam imaging system, an ultra-wide 26.5mm field of view is provided.
Triple eyepiece head with vertical image scaling: Two eyepieces: Three eyepieces = 100:0 or 0:100. Specimen movement direction is the same as the observation direction.
Triple eyepiece head with inverted image scaling: Two eyepieces: Three eyepieces = 100:0 or 20:80 or 0:100. In addition to focusing 100% of the light into either the eyepiece or the camera tube, there is another option to focus 20% of the light into the eyepiece and 80% into the camera tube, allowing observation through the eyepiece and image output simultaneously.
2. Polarization System
Polarizers and analyzers in polarization systems eliminate stray light during semiconductor and printed circuit detection, allowing for sharp, detailed images. Two options are available: fixed analyzers and rotatable analyzers.
Samples can be observed at different polarization angles with a 360° rotatable analyzer. Furthermore, this polarization system can be upgraded to a Nomarski differential interference contrast system after installing the newly developed DIC unit.
3. Nomarski Differential Interference Contrast System (DIC)
Tiny imperfections on a surface that are invisible in bright light can be detected using a DIC accessory to create a high-contrast background. It is widely used to inspect the conductive particles of LCD screens and scratches on the surface of precision discs.
4. The Relationship Between the Neutral Density Filter and the Bright-Dark Field Switch
The relationship between the neutral density filter and the bright-dark field switch: The lever on the front of the projector is used to switch between bright-dark and dark-field modes, and it works in conjunction with the neutral density filter (ND50). When you switch from dark-field to bright-field, the built-in ND50 filter will reduce the light intensity. More scientific and more comfortable.
5. Multiple Tosepiece Mounting Options
The new tosepiece mount reduces the angle between the optical axis and the rotation axis to 15°, improving alignment and confocal accuracy, while offering a more compact appearance. Up to seven tosepieces can be mounted simultaneously. Continuous and consistent magnification from low to high can be achieved.
6. User-Friendly Design
Light intensity can be flexibly adjusted using the dimmer switch located on the right side of the frame. The voltage display is fully digital. Simultaneous adjustment of intensity and coaxial focus enhances work efficiency. Switching between reflected or transmitted illumination is possible using the button on the digital dimmer switch. Use the RE-SET button to maintain the light intensity at approximately 8V (indicated by a camera symbol on the dimmer switch), which is the optimal voltage for microscopic imaging.
Four integrated filter holders with three standard filters and one empty holder for optional filters. All filters can be moved out of the optical path by pulling the lever.
Low-position coaxial focusing system with tension adjustment. Coarse range is 25mm and fine accuracy is 0.001mm. It can measure the height of small specimens, such as solder balls.
7. Adjustable stage on the right
A 4-inch, double-layer mechanical stage with a locking device to limit Y-axis movement. Widely used in horizontal inspection to avoid missing findings. An additional glass plate can be attached for light transmission.
8. Transmitted and Reflected Lighting System
A long-lasting 12V 100W luminaire with a PHILIPS 7724 halogen bulb provides bright and even illumination. The new outward-rotating achromatic concentrator (N.A.0.9) optimizes Kohler lighting performance at lower magnifications and corrects chromatic and spherical aberrations.
